At Spring Creek Kennels, we are committed to raising healthy puppies. Every puppy we place comes with a 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee against serious genetic defects.
All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian, are up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming, and come with health records at the time of purchase.
48-Hour Health Check
Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving the puppy.
If a serious health issue is found during this time, the buyer must notify us immediately and provide documentation from the veterinarian.
Replacement Policy
If a licensed veterinarian confirms that the puppy has a life-threatening genetic defect affecting the heart, liver, kidneys, or lungs within one year of purchase, the buyer must provide written veterinary documentation.
If confirmed, Spring Creek Kennels will provide a replacement puppy of equal value when one becomes available.
Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer agrees to provide proper care, nutrition, and regular veterinary care for the puppy. Health issues caused by accidents, neglect, infections, parasites, or environmental conditions after the puppy leaves our care are not covered under this guarantee.
Non-Transferable Guarantee
This health guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
