Spring Creek Kennels is a Pennsylvania state-licensed kennel dedicated to responsible breeding practices. Our website provides information about our breeding program and available puppies.By using this website or purchasing a puppy, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Puppy Availability
All puppies listed on our website are subject to availability.
A puppy is considered reserved only after full payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse service at our discretion
• Decline a sale if we determine placement is not suitable
• Cancel a transaction if necessary for the welfare of the puppy
3. Full Payment Policy
Full payment confirms reservation of the selected puppy and removes the puppy from public availability.
By submitting payment, the buyer confirms their intent to complete the purchase and take possession of the puppy within the agreed timeframe.
4. Refund Policy
All payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
• The puppy becomes unavailable due to verified health reasons prior to pickup.
• Spring Creek Kennels cancels the transaction.
Refund requests due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, change of mind, or financial circumstances are not guaranteed and are subject to review at our sole discretion.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing payment, the buyer agrees to contact Spring Creek Kennels directly to address any concerns before initiating a payment dispute.
We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Payment disputes or chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in cancellation of the transaction.
6. Pickup & Possession
The puppy must be picked up within the agreed timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
Failure to arrange pickup within the agreed period may result in:
• Forfeiture of payment
• Cancellation of reservation
• Additional boarding fees where applicable.
Once the puppy leaves our care, responsibility transfers fully to the buyer.
7. Transportation
We encourage in-person pickup.
If transportation services are requested, arrangements must be discussed and approved in advance.
Spring Creek Kennels is not responsible for delays or actions of third-party transportation providers once the puppy leaves our care.
Transportation fees are separate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Health & Veterinary Care
All puppies receive:
• Age-appropriate vaccinations
• Regular deworming
• Veterinary health examination prior to placement
A written Health Guarantee is provided separately at the time of purchase.
The buyer agrees to schedule a veterinary examination within a reasonable timeframe after pickup.
9. Buyer Responsibility
By purchasing a puppy, the buyer agrees:
• To provide proper housing, care, nutrition, and veterinary support
• To comply with local laws regarding pet ownership
• Not to resell, surrender, or rehome the puppy without contacting us first
We reserve the right to refuse future sales if these conditions are violated.
10. Website Accuracy
We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors.
Prices, availability, descriptions, and policies may change without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
Spring Creek Kennels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the ownership, care, or training of the puppy.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

All content, images, text, logos, and design elements on this website are the property of Spring Creek Kennels and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
