This agreement helps protect both the buyer and the breeder, while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of every puppy.

Puppy Information
 
Each puppy sold by Spring Creek Kennels will include the following information:
 
• Breed
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Vaccination Records
• Deworming Records
• Veterinary Health Check
 
All puppies are raised in a clean, family environment and receive proper care, nutrition, and early socialization before joining their new homes.c
 
Health Guarantee
 
Spring Creek Kennels provides a 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee against serious hereditary or congenital defects.
 
Before leaving our kennel, each puppy:
 
• Is examined by a licensed veterinarian
• Receives age-appropriate vaccinations
• Is dewormed according to veterinary recommendations
• Is evaluated for overall health and development
 
Buyers are required to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

Buyer Responsibilities
 
The buyer agrees to provide proper care and a safe environment for the puppy.
 
This includes:
 
• Regular veterinary care and vaccinations
• Proper nutrition and fresh water
• Safe housing and supervision

• Compliance with all local pet ownership laws
 
The buyer agrees the puppy will not be neglected, abused, or used for illegal purposes.
 
Payment Terms
 
All puppy purchases made through our website or directly with Spring Creek Kennels must be paid in full before the puppy is released to the buyer.
 
Payments made online confirm the buyer’s acceptance of this Puppy Purchase Contract and Health Guarantee.
 
Non-Refundable Policy
 
Due to the nature of live animal sales, puppy purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed, except in circumstances covered under the Health Guarantee policy.
 
Spring Creek Kennels reserves the right to cancel a sale if it is determined that the puppy may not be placed in a safe or appropriate home.
 
Limitation of Guarantee
 
The health guarantee does not cover conditions caused by:
 
• Accidents or injuries
• Improper care or neglect
• Environmental factors
• Parasites or minor treatable conditions
• Failure to follow veterinarian recommendations
 
Spring Creek Kennels is not responsible for veterinary expenses unrelated to genetic conditions covered under the guarantee.
 
Breeder Responsibility
 
Spring Creek Kennels is committed to ethical breeding practices and responsible puppy placement.
 
Our responsibilities include:
 
• Maintaining clean and safe living environments
• Providing veterinary care and health monitoring
• Raising well-socialized puppies
• Communicating honestly with buyers
